in exchange who takes part to the initiative will get remunerations, according to the quality of the services of their area and its use (number of logins); ABCTribe.com managers do not propose direct economic results, but the diffusion and the success of the portal. To this purpose our specific objective is to maximize the remunerations and let the co-workers share in the results, proportionally to the job made.
